What you'll be doing 

You’ll be at the heart of our AI-Augmented Delivery (AAD) crew, helping to shape how we imagine, build, and validate products in this new paradigm. This is a unique opportunity to not only bring a new product to life, but also to pioneer the very ways in which product teams of the future will operate with AI woven into every step.

  • Phase 1 (first 4 weeks): You’ll lead discovery and ideation for an agentic feature of our recruiter-focused product, while the engineering crew delivers the first phase of the core product (an AI Notetaker). You’ll spend time digging into user problems, framing opportunities, and testing bold ideas at speed. You’ll run lightweight experiments, explore workflows, and translate insights into clear hypotheses that set the direction for the team. By the end of this phase, you’ll have sharpened the vision for what we build next and created the momentum to move fast into delivery.
  • Phase 2 (next 6 weeks): You’ll shift gears into making it real. Working side by side with a part-time designer and two engineers, you’ll take concepts from discovery into delivery. You’ll own prioritisation, break down complex ideas into lean, testable increments, and map user journeys, use cases, and edge cases to ensure we’re solving the right problems with clarity. You’ll collaborate daily with the crew to balance ambition with pragmatism, keeping us laser-focused on delivering value quickly. And as we ship at speed, you’ll also play a hands-on role in quality control, making sure what we deliver is not just fast, but trusted and impactful.

Throughout both phases, you’ll be empowered to make decisions, cut through ambiguity, and keep us moving forward at pace. You’ll have the space to experiment with AI-augmented workflows and lean practices, shaping not just what we deliver but how we deliver it. This means pushing the boundaries of product management itself, reducing coordination costs, testing new ways of working, and proving that small, empowered crews can deliver outsized impact. Above all, you’ll keep users at the centre of every decision, ensuring the product we build is both innovative and deeply valuable

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product management across complex, web-based SaaS products
  • Strong execution and delivery skills, with a track record of shipping impactful products at pace in startup or scaleup environments
  • Skilled in discovery, able to frame problems clearly, validate assumptions with users, and test ideas fast through data and prototypes
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and designers in small teams
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-autonomy environment, where prioritisation and trade-offs must be made quickly
  • Ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility, and to define clear, outcome-focused objectives for the team and organise the delivery 
  • Comfortable creating wireframes, user flows, and light UX designs using a design system, bridging product thinking with design execution.
  • Experience delivering AI features within SaaS products
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and inspire at all levels
  • A curious, resourceful, and adaptable thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is excited about shaping how AI will transform product development and delivery
