Job Summary & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manages the strategy, insight, delivery and ongoing management of Consumer and/or Small Business products. Evaluates performance of existing products and recommends and implements changes, enhancements and curtailments of products, programs, and pricing. Assists senior and executive management in defining strategy and project prioritization. Develops and manages business development programs for new and existing product lines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to develop and implement corporate strategies.
  • Develops and manages procedures for evaluating effectiveness and profitability of existing products. Recommends and assists with implementation of enhancements of existing products based on profitability, ongoing relevance, and overall strategy.
  • Continually assesses competitive, industry, political and economic data and trends to identify opportunities and risks related to the product portfolio.
  • Manages large projects and campaigns from inception through implementation and tracking, working with cross-functional teams, including compliance, marketing, finance, training, etc.
  • Assists with development of business development plans to ensure growth goals are met with regard to new and existing products.
  • Manages the day-to-day activities such as reporting, analysis, responding to requests, keeping up with and meeting compliance and legal standards, making presentations, and serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five years of experience in banking or financial analysis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
