Connected Banking is a rapidly growing consumer facing platform dedicated to supporting our customers on their financial health journey. Connected Banking products are composed of a various personal financial management tools that support customers' spend, savings, credit, debt, needs and more. Connected Banking develops features and enhancements that elevate the digital experience and deepen relationships with our customers.
As a Product Manager in Connected Banking you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. In this role you will also lead a high performing team of product associates, guiding them through end-to-end product development while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. We foster a collaborative environment where your leadership will drive positive change and innovation, while supporting your oversight and development of a high performing team.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Connected Banking's overall goals and objectives.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Partner with Design, Research, and Content teams to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of AI based customer solutions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product updates and progress.
  • Mentor team members for peak performance, delivering constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.
  • Foster inclusion and diversity by supporting talent development and retention.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve specific business results.
  • Effective and prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Customer focused with the ability to turn insights into action.
