We are looking for a talented Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our communication and lead management team and drive initiatives to bring more clarity to the after-lead journey. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating seamless customer experiences, bringing sellers and buyers together with a focus on diversity, collaboration, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

As a Product Manager in our communication and lead management team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our product’s future, working on continuous improvements that make a real difference for car buyers and sellers. You will partner with a cross-functional team of software developers, data analysts, data engineers, UX designers, and researchers to explore new product opportunities and create high-impact features.

You will also work closely with external partners, and dealers to ensure the best user experience for all parties.

This role is not only pivotal to our product's success but also an exciting chance to collaborate with industry experts, apply agile product development practices, and work in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drive product discovery and delivery by identifying opportunities for growth, improvements and new features based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends.

  • Evaluating the feasibility, potential impact, and desirability of new product ideas, using techniques such as customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to build innovative products across all devices, enhancing the user experience.

  • Conduct experiments to refine user interactions.

  • Utilize your analytical skills to define key metrics, evaluate performance, and implement strategies that drive measurable growth.

  • Ensure seamless communication and partnership with our proven industry experts

  • Grasp the product trade-offs, foster alignment, and clearly convey the product vision.

Your skill profile:

  • 2-3+ years relevant experience in digital product management

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle. from driving the product strategy to owning the backlog.

  • Experience in marketplaces or the automotive industry is a plus.

  • Proven expertise in building exceptional digital products and optimizing user experiences.

  • A/B testing experience and understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and solve them incrementally.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical topics into clear, actionable insights.

  • Able to clearly explain complex or sensitive information while building understanding and agreement.

  • Business fluent in English. Speaking German is a plus.
