As a Product Manager in Card Shopping Experimentation, you will lead Public Marketplace page redesign initiatives and strengthen the Experimentation & Testing program to improve customer and business outcomes. You will own initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and defining the approach through delivery, launch, and performance optimization—while coaching team members and aligning partners across a matrixed organization. This role will also manage direct reports, requiring the ability to coach, prioritize, and create clarity for team members while delivering through a highly matrixed organization. Working across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations, you will influence stakeholders around a clear vision and roadmap.
Job responsibilities- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Public Marketplace page redesign and experimentation initiatives
- Lead discovery to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities that improve experiences and acquisition outcomes
- Own end-to-end initiative delivery from ideation and business case development through execution, launch, measurement, and optimization
- Lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear priorities, creating accountability, and removing blockers
- Partner with Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver customer-facing experiences and capabilities
- Develop and manage product backlogs, requirements, and success metrics aligned to customer and business outcomes
- Advance the Experimentation & Testing program by using customer insights, performance data, test results, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
- Improve experimentation velocity and engagement by identifying and driving changes to experiences and ways of working
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating priorities, trade-offs, decisions, and strategic direction clearly
