We’re building a new, groundbreaking product called Calmlings that fuses mobile gaming and mindfulness. It’s playful, purposeful, and powered by trailblazing tech.
You’ll join our lean and mighty team, working alongside and reporting directly to Calm’s founders, Alex Tew and Michael Acton Smith, at our office in Soho, London.

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager for Calmlings, you’ll help shape a category-defining mobile app that blends mental health with gaming. Collaborating with Calm’s founders and a top-tier team of engineers, designers, and creators, you’ll lead the charge in crafting habit-forming experiences that captivate users worldwide.

  • Invent Magical Features: Envision, create, and deliver captivating features that hook users and drive engagement
  • Drive User Engagement: Develop innovative features and habit loops to keep users coming back.
  • Lead The Roadmap: Shape and execute a bold product strategy, transforming wild ideas into shippable features
  • Data-Informed Decisions: Leverage insights from user research and analytics to sharpen strategy and refine features
  • Rally The Team: Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and content) to bring concepts to life from ideation to launch

Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative, adventurous thinker obsessed with habit-forming products. You’re a bold builder with the courage to experiment, patience to test, and wisdom to learn.

  • Proven Product Leadership: 3+ years of experience driving product development for consumer mobile apps or mobile games
  • Gameplay Expertise: Experience with reward mechanics, game loops, habit-formation and delightful user experiences
  • Visionary Thinking: Ability to see what’s possible before it’s real, turning lofty ideas into reality
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Skilled in analytics and user research to shape decisions and features
  • Masterful Communication: Clear, inspiring communicator who unites teams and excites stakeholders
  • Tech Fluency: Comfort collaborating on technical feasibility with engineers and cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with DTC subscription products.
  • Background in mental wellness, mindfulness, or fitness apps.
  • Developing character led, gaming experiences
