Product Manager - Business Lending Term Loans

You’ll join the Term Loans team to help manage a complex portfolio including Market Rate Loans, BetterBusiness Loans, quarantined products and a Business Lending wide control environment. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll take ownership, reduce risk and drive work through to implementation and closure.

- Support product and process improvements where they deliver customer, operational or risk benefits.
- Identify risks, dependencies and delivery blockers, then work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Manage incidents and issues from identification through to closure.
- Lead investigation, root cause analysis, remediation planning and action delivery.
- Design, implement and improve controls that reduce risk and strengthen product outcomes.
- Drive completion of regulatory, risk and governance commitments.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
- Have experience in product management, operations, risk, remediation, change delivery or business improvement, including ownership of complex outcomes from identification through to implementation
- Have managed incidents end-to-end, including investigation, root cause analysis, remediation, governance and closure.
- Have experience designing, implementing or improving controls within a risk-managed environment.
- Can manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
- Are confident challenging, escalating and driving decisions when required.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience managing incidents end-to-end, leading remediation activities and implementing control improvements will be strongly preferred.
