職務概要

MODEのプロダクトマネージャーとして、プロダクトマネジメントチームに参画し、プラットフォームのロードマップを推進していただきます。エンジニアリングおよびUXチームと連携し、顧客のニーズと全体戦略に沿った拡張性（スケーラビリティ）のあるアーキテクチャを設計します。主な責任には、技術的パフォーマンスと納期とのバランス調整、プラットフォームの健全性指標のモニタリング、AIツールを活用した概念実証（PoC）による技術的アプローチの迅速な検証などが含まれます。 BizStackはIoTプラットフォームであるため、さまざまな顧客セグメントに合わせたソリューションの提案が不可欠です。それらのソリューションを統一プラットフォームとして支える機能を開発していただきます。単一課題のプロダクトでは味わえない複雑な挑戦が伴うため、難易度は高いものの、非常にやりがいと面白さを感じられるポジションです。

主な職務内容（Core Responsibilities）

• すべての顧客に向けた拡張性を確保するため、フロントエンドからバックエンドにわたるBizStackプラットフォームのロードマップを主導する。

• エンジニアリングおよびUXチームと連携し、拡張性と耐久性を備えたプラットフォーム機能の設計および優先順位付けを行う。

• 顧客や業界の要件を、プラットフォームアーキテクチャおよび機能決定へと落とし込む。

• 技術的負債、パフォーマンス、拡張性のトレードオフと、機能提供のスケジュールとのバランスを取る。

• パフォーマンス、信頼性、拡張性といったプラットフォームの健全性指標を定義・追跡する。

• AIエージェントやツールを活用してシンプルな概念実証（PoC）を迅速に構築し、技術的アプローチを検証する。

• 部門を超えたステークホルダーと連携し、プラットフォームへの投資をBizStack全体の戦略と合致させる。

必須スキル・要件（Required Skills）

• テクニカルプロダクトまたはプラットフォームプロダクトにおける3年以上のプロダクトマネジメント経験（ジュニア〜ミドルレベル）。

• 高いテクニカル知識 — エンジニアとフロントエンドおよびバックエンドのアーキテクチャについて円滑に議論できるレベル。

• B2BソリューションまたはSaaSプロダクトでの3年以上の経験。

• エネルギッシュで主体的なマインドセットと、実行・完遂に対する強いコミットメント。

• 実務レベルの英語力（日本の大学卒業レベル以上の英語力）。プロダクトチームには世界中から集まった英語スピーカーが多く在籍しており、ドキュメント作成や日々のコミュニケーションの主言語は英語です。英語での技術・ビジネス資料の読解や、グローバルなステークホルダーとの意思疎通が求められます。

• AIツールやエージェント（Claude、ChatGPT、ノーコード/ローコードプラットフォームなど）を使用して、簡単なプロトタイプを構築することに抵抗がないこと。

• エンジニアリング、UX、ビジネスチームなど、部門を越えて効果的に協力できる高いコラボレーション能力。

• 週1回以上の出社勤務が可能であること。

歓迎スキル・要件（Nice-to-Have Skills）

• 複数の顧客セグメント向けに構築されたプラットフォームの経験。

• API設計、データアーキテクチャ、またはシステム拡張性の概念に関する知見。

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at MODE, you will be part of our Product Management team, leading the platform roadmap, partnering with engineering and UX to design scalable architecture that aligns with customer needs and overall strategy. Responsibilities include balancing technical performance with delivery timelines, monitoring platform health metrics, and utilizing AI tools to rapidly validate technical concepts through proofs of concept.

Given that BizStack is an IoT platform, it is imperative to propose solutions tailored to various customer segments. You will develop features that support these solutions as a unified platform. This role involves complex challenges unlike those encountered in single-issue products, offering a high degree of difficulty but also a rewarding and engaging experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the BizStack platform roadmap across front-end and back-end to ensure scalability for all customers.

• Partner with engineering and UX to design and prioritize scalable and durable platform capabilities.

• Translate customer and industry requirements into platform architecture and feature decisions.

• Balance technical debt, performance, and scalability trade-offs against feature delivery timelines.

• Define and track platform health metrics such as performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Use AI agents and tools to rapidly build simple proofs of concept (POCs) to validate technical approaches.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform investments with overall BizStack strategy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product management for technical or platform products (junior to mid-level).

• Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing front-end and back-end architecture with engineers.

• 3+ years of experience with B2B solutions or SaaS products.

• An energetic, proactive mindset with a strong bias toward execution and getting things done.

• Working English proficiency (Japanese college-level English or better). Our product team includes many English-speaking members from around the world, and English is our primary language for documentation and day-to-day communication — you'll need to read technical/business materials and communicate with global stakeholders in English.

• Comfort using AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, no-code/low-code platforms) to build simple prototypes.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, UX, and business teams.

• Willing to work in the office at least once per week.

• Prior experience with platforms built for multiple customer segments.

• Familiarity with API design, data architecture, or system scalability concepts.

• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or early-stage environments.
