As a Product Manager at Bibit, you’ll be responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll build products and features that will evolve Bibit from being an investing service into a full-featured financial institution. In addition, you’ll be responsible for helping to craft a compelling and coordinated product vision and strategy —pushing the envelope on what tomorrow’s experiences will be for millions of customers who are taking an active role in their financial lives.
Responsibilities:
- Understand markets, industry landscapes, and user requirements in depth.
- Launch products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
- Delivering delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years experience in product management (technical or non-technical) or related role
- Hands-on experience in the stock market
- Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements, and product launch.
- Experience working with cross-functional (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, QA, etc.) teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience working on a fintech or finance product
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and drive data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to influence various stakeholders without direct authority.
