The Product Manager EMEA – Angiography is responsible for driving downstream marketing execution and commercial growth across direct and distributor markets in the EMEA region. This role serves as the primary commercial lead for the angiography product modality, working closely with the EMEA and global marketing teams, and the regional sales and distributor network. It acts as the voice of the customer, translating clinical, workflow, and market insights into effective commercialization strategies, sales enablement, and product positioning to accelerate adoption and growth.
The Product Manager EMEA is part of the ACIST Global Downstream Marketing team, reporting to the Group Product Manager, EMEA

Product & Commercial Strategy

  • Own the downstream marketing strategy for the angiography product portfolio in alignment with global product and portfolio strategy.
  • Support the development and execution of commercialization plans to drive revenue growth and market adoption.
  • Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and budget input for the angiography modality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for angiography-related topics within the region
  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing to provide regional voice-of-customer input, influencing upstream strategy, product roadmap, and value proposition development.

Distributor & Direct Market Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with direct sales teams and distributors to ensure effective product positioning, sales execution, and growth across key markets.
  • Provide field-based product and workflow support to strengthen sales confidence, support key opportunities, and capture real-world customer feedback.
  • Regularly engage with customers, including interventional cardiologists, cath lab nurses, and technical staff, to understand clinical workflows, unmet needs, and adoption barriers.
  • Represent the company at conferences, hands-on workshops, and selected advisory or customer forums to strengthen clinical relationships and reinforce the product value proposition.

Market Insights & KOL Engagement & Voice of Customer

  • Act as the voice of the EMEA customer by gathering, synthesizing, and translating insights from physicians, cath lab teams, and sales partners into actionable product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, early adopters, and clinical advocates to gain product feedback, validate positioning, and support market development.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Programs to support structured KOL engagements such as advisory boards, educational initiatives, and peer-to-peer programs, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and clinical education.
  • Monitor market trends, customer workflows, and competitive activity to inform messaging, differentiation, and tactical priorities.
  • Communicate regional clinical and commercial insights to global product and marketing teams to influence product development and long-term strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Field Service teams to ensure product availability, delivery excellence, and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content/Communications teams to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and content that resonate with both clinical and technical audiences
  • Partner with the Training & Education team to develop and deliver sales training that emphasizes product differentiation, procedural benefits, and clinical application.
  • Ensure alignment with Regulatory and Quality teams to maintain compliant accurate product messaging

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of international product marketing or commercial experience, including at least 1–2 years in the medical device industry (cardiovascular or interventional cardiology experience preferred).
  • Proven experience supporting commercialization and sales enablement in both direct and distributor market models.
  • Strong understanding of interventional cardiology procedures, cath lab workflows, or capital equipment environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with physicians, nurses, and sales teams
  • Excellent presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clinical customers and sales teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter with high energy level and ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA.
