We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on payment services and merchant needs. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and optimizing our payouts processes and money flow control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Merchant, CX, and Finance area, as well as external suppliers to drive key company initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that will have a significant impact on our customer's' experience in Poland, and all new markets.
A hybrid work model requires 1 day a week in the office.
We are looking for people who:

Have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)

Have experience in working with financial products and understand the payments environment

Are skilled in using data analysis and A/B testing to design and implement product changes

Are adept at problem-solving and decision-making
-
Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs

Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs

Know English and Polish at min. B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand and reconcile our customers needs and translate them into new functionalities

Management and product backlog prioritization in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals

Development of product roadmaps and timelines, and managing the delivery of features and enhancements
-
Ensuring safe and controlled processes compliant with the financial regulations
-
Communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page

Delivery of new functionalities by working directly with stakeholders from various departments like Merchant, CX, Legal, Allegro Finance and data analysts, UX designers, researchers and other product managers

Proactive run of continuous product discovery to identify opportunities to improve customers experience and product KPIs
