Being a member of the Aladdin Product Management team means working with the best in the industry to build innovative products that shape financial markets. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with developers, researchers, and other team members to innovate and deliver new capabilities for the investment lifecycle, have a positive impact on developing the product vision, and lead day-to-day execution of the roadmap.
About this role
This role sits within the Private Markets (eFront) Team that delivers an end-to-end platform for LPs, GPs and Asset Servicers to manage private market portfolios. As a trusted product expert, the Product Manager for Private Markets Investment Monitoring & Analytics will take ownership of our roadmap and deliver features for the portfolio manager experience within private markets. The platform today allows LPs to monitor their fund investments and perform various pre- and post-investment processes, such as top-down/bottoms-up exposure analyses, ex-ante risk monitoring, ex-post performance attribution, pacing plans and cash flow forecasting, benchmarking, and genAI capabilities. We have the vision to expand the investment monitoring platform to support both LP and GP use cases across all private investment types and to be the primary front-office product for BlackRock investment teams and our clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated product manager to bring their proficiency in PDLC best-practices and intellectual curiosity about alternatives investments, portfolio analytics, or financial statement analysis to the Investment Monitoring team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the private markets personas, business problems, and opportunities within the industry, especially around pre-investment research and asset allocation or post-investment monitoring and reporting needs.
Become the go-to person for the product, growing expertise in the product’s full capabilities and understanding how clients are using it today.
Gather, evaluate & define detailed product requirements, use cases, user stories, and user journey maps necessary to deliver a feature to market. Track feature progress throughout the quarter and be able to report up to senior members of the team.
Manage stakeholders and the product backlog for client feedback, roadmap, epic and feature prioritization, and new requests against client commitments.
Articulate, communicate, and demo upcoming release details and new features to the broader product, client, marketing, and sales teams.
Participate in PDLC practices, such as quarterly planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery demos.
Coordinate the agenda and product artifacts for product governance forums and joint working groups. Summarizing decisions, next steps, and feedback on product readiness for clients.
