Role Description

As a Product Manager (Growth), you’ll own the end-to-end development and success of key respond.io product experiences; from requirement discovery and scoping, to stakeholder alignment, to delivery, and finally go-to-market (GTM) execution and adoption.

What sets this role apart is the growth lens you bring to everything you do. You'll constantly ask how each initiative moves the needle on activation, engagement, and retention — and you'll work as a connective layer across multiple teams to align them around shared growth outcomes that no single team can own alone.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product delivery: from discovery, scoping, and PRD writing, to execution, launch, and post-launch iteration across areas like Lifecycle, Workflows, Inbox, onboarding and reporting.
  • Scope and shape requirements by translating customer needs, commercial priorities, and platform strategy into clear problem statements, success criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing on priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Connect data to strategy: synthesize product analytics, customer signals, and company direction into a clear, well-reasoned point of view on what to prioritize and why.
  • Run growth experiments and campaigns: own in-platform and off-platform initiatives, run continuous experimentation cycles, and share learnings to scale impact across the platform.
  • Lead execution with quality: partner with QA, Engineering, and Design to break down work, unblock teams, and ship with speed and confidence.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate growth: use AI to uncover opportunities that improve user activation, engagement, and retention, and drive them into the product experience meaningfully.
  • Own GTM and adoption: coordinate release readiness, internal enablement, rollout strategy, and feedback capture to ensure launches translate into real adoption.
  • Close the loop relentlessly: turn customer feedback, support tickets, and usage data into clear product decisions anchored on outcomes, not output.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent in a SaaS or fast-growing tech company, a confident all-round PM with a demonstrable lean toward growth, activation, or retention work, with hands-on AI tooling experience.
  • Genuinely passionate about AI: up to date on how AI is shaping product experiences, with hands-on experience working with or shipping AI-powered features.
  • Hands-on PLG experience: you've owned experiments, moved metrics, and know what good growth work looks like in practice.
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable with analytics tools like Mixpanel or PostHog, and able to connect data to strategy.
  • Customer-focused: you gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals to drive real product decisions.
  • Resilient and adaptable: comfortable pivoting when growth strategies shift without losing momentum or clarity.
  • Solid understanding of product management practices: discovery, prioritization, and software development processes.
  • Basic technical knowledge of how SaaS products are built, enabling smooth collaboration with engineering.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: able to align teams, navigate trade-offs, and convey complex ideas clearly in writing and speech.

What's in it for you

  • You will become part of an amazing culture with smart, collaborative teammates who actually care about each other's growth and success.
  • You will grow more here than you would anywhere else, that is a promise.
  • Virtual events like talent shows, Among Us nights, and online game sessions to keep the fun going, no matter where you are!
  • We offer a highly competitive compensation package.
  • You'll receive a mental health allowance to support your health and wellness needs.
  • Flexible working environment and working hours that fit your lifestyle, wherever you're based.

    Skills Required

    • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or fast-growing tech company
    • Hands-on AI tooling experience
    • Good understanding of product management practices
    • Customer-focused and data-driven mindset
    • Basic technical knowledge of software product development
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent command of English
    • Ability to research markets and competitors
    • Problem-solver with analytical approach
