The Role
What are we looking for?

Pulse iD seeks a dynamic Product Manager to lead our pioneering AI rewards initiatives. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to shape the AI product roadmap and make significant contributions to the evolution of our loyalty infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Product Roadmap Development: Strategically develop and implement the AI product roadmap, focusing on AI-enhanced loyalty and rewards schemes.
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Take full ownership of AI rewards initiatives, aligning them with our business objectives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Engage with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and various teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the loyalty, rewards, finance, and payment industries to inform product development.
  • Client Interaction and Support: Actively participate in client discussions, supporting sales and marketing teams with insights and collateral.
  • Independent Leadership: Operate as an independent contributor while effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience as a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven and AI-enabled products.
  • AI/ML Domain Exposure: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working on AI, ML, or advanced data analytics initiatives, contributing directly to product definition, development, or deployment.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience within customer engagement platforms, credit card or broader banking environments, and/or the MarTech or AdTech ecosystems, with a strong understanding of data-driven personalization, customer lifecycle management, and monetization models.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and their practical application in end-to-end product development
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients, supporting pre-sales, sales, and marketing initiatives while aligning product capabilities to client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Work Environment Exposure: Familiarity with remote, distributed, and culturally diverse team environments, demonstrating effective collaboration across geographies and time zones.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in e-commerce, merchant, and acquiring business domains is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with working in remote and diverse team environments.
