WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be Granica's hands-on product builder-translating frontier research into real, scalable infrastructure used by the world's most data-intensive companies. You'll lead high-velocity product cycles from idea to lab demo to enterprise rollout, owning both vision and execution.

• Drive the end-to-end arc from 0 → 1 → 100: translate scientific breakthroughs into working products that deliver measurable customer value
• Prototype quickly with tools like Claude-Code, ChatGPT/Codex, Cursor, V0, Python, TypeScript, Rust-whichever slashes demo time from weeks to hours
• Define and launch self-optimizing Lakehouse APIs that automate schema governance, cost controls, and performance tuning
• Build with and for design partner customers at PB scale-beat ambitious benchmarks and make the results visible
• Instrument real impact, not fluff-optimize for $/TB saved, p99 latency, and customer NPS
• Champion open standards and ecosystems like Delta, Iceberg, and Parquet
• Collaborate tightly across research, engineering, and go-to-market to tell the story, write crisp PRDs, and compound value weekly
• Lay the foundation for a world-class PM org-mentor, hire, and scale the next generation of builder-PMs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor PM in high-growth infra, AI/ML, or data platform companies
• Proven track record turning deep R&D or engineering work into successful products at scale
• Highly technical; can prototype, talk shop with researchers, and inspire engineers with clarity and energy
• Obsessive about impact metrics and shipping product that moves them
• Strong storyteller-can distill complex ideas into customer value and team alignment
• Experience working with open-source data standards or contributing to OSS ecosystems is a plus
• Passion for creating leverage: speed, savings, safety, and simplicity at petabyte scale
