The Role

As the Lead Product Manager and product architect for our new AI-driven creative platform, you will drive the vision and strategy for a system that transforms how marketing creative is made. Your mission is to ensure all components of the platform work in concert, taking users from a blank canvas to a finished, brand-aligned, and performance-driven creative asset.

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the end-to-end product vision and strategic roadmap for a new AI framework designed to revolutionize marketing creative workflows.
  • Manage the product lifecycle for core platform components, from understanding a brand's unique identity to generating designs and enabling a high-quality refinement loop.
  • Partner closely with Google's foundational model and research teams to define a data strategy and incorporate new capabilities that improve the platform's performance.
  • Architect the high-level integration plan for how all platform components create a single, cohesive system.
  • Lead a dedicated team of engineers and researchers to build, launch, and iterate on the platform's capabilities.
  • Align with and drive adoption across key partner teams at Google, including Ads and Cloud
  • Define and analyze success metrics focused on the quality of creative outputs, user satisfaction, and downstream business impact, such as advertiser ROI.

About you

In order to set you up for success as a Product Manager at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related role.
  • 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

In addition, the following would be helpful (but not required): 

  • Track record of driving launches through complex stakeholder management.
  • Previous experience working on ML/AI products.
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Data Science / Machine Learning

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $156,000 - $229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
