You will help enable AI-powered and agent-enabled commerce experiences that simplify workflows, improve guest interactions, and unlock new opportunities for automation and growth.

This is an ideal role for a product manager who wants to work directly with thousands of customers, apply experimentation to solve business challenges, influence product direction, and help shape how restaurant technology and agentic commerce evolves over the next decade.

  • Support platform integrations, APIs, and interoperability initiatives.
  • Enable AI-powered and agent-assisted workflows that improve merchant and guest experiences.

Adoption & Performance

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams to improve adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Use data, experimentation, and continuous learning to drive product improvements.

  • Increase adoption of integrated ordering, payments, loyalty, and engagement capabilities.
  • Improve customer and merchant experiences through intelligent workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Drive measurable improvements in product usage, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
