- Responsible for SMB Growth initiatives and build products include: Notification system, Coupon system, backend strategy and SMB business operation tools.
- Develop the holistic growth strategy for small businesses advertising and leverage growth hacking capability
- Work closely with Research, Data Science and Growth Marketing to identify the needs of small businesses and growth opportunity.
- Define and quantify product impact
- BA/BS degree and 2+ years of or above experience in advertising platform product design / commercial platform product design/interface design
- Strong ownership and communication, execution capabilities, strong abstraction and logical ability,
- Excellent English (working language)
