Jeeves is looking for a contract Product Manager who understands accounting to drive our Accounting & Finance Automation work. You'll build products that accountants, controllers, and finance teams use to manage corporate spend across 20+ countries — automating manual workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and connecting Jeeves to the ERP and accounting systems our customers rely on.
Location: This role is remote or hybrid based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time remote position where it is also possible to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area on a flexible schedule. #LI-REMOTE
Engagement: 3–6 month contract to start, with potential to extend. Full-time hours, hybrid in office or remote from Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or Brazil preferred).
What you'll do:
- Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
- Identify and validate AI automation opportunities — prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
- Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build
What we're looking for:
- Accounting background + product experience — CPA/accounting degree with 2+ years in accounting or finance operations, plus 2+ years in product roles on financial software
- PM with financial systems experience — 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms
You fit one of two profiles:
Both profiles need: working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis), hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools, and excellent written communication. LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus.
Logistics:
- Contract engagement, 3–6 months initial term
- Remote or Hybrid, LatAm-based; must overlap with US and Brazil time zones

Skills Required
- Profile 1: CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification OR accounting degree + 2+ years in accounting/controller/finance operations roles
- Profile 1: 2+ years in product management, product operations, or technical roles working on financial software
- Profile 2: 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platforms with complex integrations
- Profile 2: Proven track record building products that integrate with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, data analysis, building models, and translating data into product decisions
- Understanding of how systems integrate and data flows between platforms (data mapping, system architecture)
- Hands-on comfort with AI tooling: ability to test AI features, evaluate outputs, and prototype solutions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS) and finance organization workflows
- Based in Latin America (preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil); role is based out of Bogota, Colombia
- Willingness to work across global time zones and travel up to ~10%
- Experience with expense management, AP automation, or spend management products
- Background in management consulting with finance/accounting transformation experience (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
- Experience working with global, multi-entity companies with complex accounting requirements
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements
