Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise software
- Define product strategy and partner closely with engineering and operations to build scalable platforms
- Ensure solutions support multiple brands, markets, and operational models
Product execution and delivery
- Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for B2B features
- Partner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and deliver on time
- Track KPIs and usage analytics to measure success and inform iteration
Stakeholder collaboration and communication
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners including brand leaders, operations, legal, and finance
- Represent customer and business needs in Agile ceremonies
- Lead quarterly planning and product reviews to ensure transparency and alignment
- Partner with enablement and support teams to drive successful go-to-market execution
Customer and market understanding
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions
- Balance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainability
- Advocate for long-term platform health while meeting near-term business needs
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology
- Proven experience managing multiple product areas and scaling solutions across diverse users
- Strong background leading Agile, cross-functional product teams
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offs
- Track record of delivering impactful, user-focused enterprise products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
