What We Need
We’re looking for a technically strong, highly collaborative Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. This person will translate product strategy into clear positioning, lead cross-functional launches, and ensure our no-code automation platform resonates with customer needs and market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, storytelling, and executional drive to help shape product direction and maximize impact in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Feature ownership: Own the roadmap and backlog for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Discovery and research: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify problems worth solving, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Requirements and documentation: Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and maintain feature documentation and internal knowledge resources.
- Customer feedback: Gather and synthesize input from customers, Sales, and Support, and turn it into prioritized product improvements.
- Delivery: Work with Engineering, Design, and QA through planning, development, and release. Track progress, manage scope trade-offs, and remove blockers.
- Roadmap and stakeholder communication: Maintain roadmaps and timelines for your area and keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and changes.
- Launch ownership: Lead launches for small and mid-sized features, and support major launches, in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Success. This includes launch readiness, internal enablement, and customer-facing documentation.
- Validation and quality: Validate features against requirements, triage issues with QA and Engineering, and make sure releases meet usability and quality standards.
- Metrics and analysis: Define success metrics for your features, analyze usage and adoption data, and use results to inform iteration.
- Industry awareness: Stay current on network automation, competitors, and AI trends that affect your product area.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

- Experience taking features from idea through launch with an engineering team, including writing requirements and prioritizing a backlog
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to evaluate decisions and measure outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

What We Do
Founded in 2004, NetBrain Automation is the most widely adopted no-code network automation and visibility platform, providing network operators and engineers with the ability to transform their core workflows associated with hybrid network management. Through the use of desired Intents, any multi-vendor and multi-cloud infrastructure can now be managed from the top-down based upon establishing and maintaining those intents (rather than managing by device configuration alone). By discovering every aspect of any hybrid network, all the way from the edge to the cloud, and transforming this into a robust digital twin which understands the intention of each component, engineers and operators can maintain the integrity of the network by simply managing their intended results. Today, more than 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers use NetBrain to simplify their management tasks, reduce MTTRs, ensure compliance and provide a top-down understanding of how the network is supporting their business requirements directly. NetBrain is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, with employees located across the United States and Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and China
