Job Summary
As a Product Management / Product Owner Support Associate, you will partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support the development and delivery of strategic Wealth Management projects. You will contribute to product initiatives by helping define requirements, manage product backlogs, support testing activities, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
This role offers an opportunity to build product management expertise while working on solutions that enhance advisor and client experiences. We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and proactive individual who enjoys learning, solving problems, and working with others to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners to support product roadmaps, priorities, and business objectives
Assist in managing and refining product backlogs to align with business goals and user needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with business and technology teams to support the successful delivery of product initiatives
Participate in planning, prioritization, and review activities that help move product enhancements from concept to implementation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by coordinating activities, documenting results, and helping track issue resolution
Facilitate meetings, capture decisions and action items, and help ensure alignment across stakeholders
Prepare status updates, presentations, and supporting materials for business and leadership audiences
Help identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, processes, and user experiences
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture built on continuous learning and shared success
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong interest in Product Management, Product Ownership, Investment product development, as well as working on a cohesive Investments Platform
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assignments, follow through on commitments, and manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate insights, enhance documentation, and support product development activities
- Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and business needs
- Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Financial Services, or a related industry
- 2–5 years of experience supporting product management, business analysis, project delivery, testing coordination, or technology initiatives
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Background in writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Hands of involvement in supporting or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and build effective partnerships
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Product Management or Product Ownership
