This internship provides exposure to product management discipline with a focus on filtration products. The intern will gain hands-on experience in new product development, market insight generation, and voice of customer (VOC) development while contributing to strategic projects that support the growth of our filtration portfolio.
Reports to: Filtration Product Manager
Key Focus AreasSupport product managers in day-to-day activities related to product lifecycle management.
Assist in gathering and analyzing market insights, competitive data, and customer feedback.
Participate in new product development (NPD) activities including business case support, product requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives through research, customer engagement, and analysis of findings.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and tools to support decision-making and go-to-market activities.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to learn how product management integrates across the organization.
Complete a defined project or deliverable that provides value to the Filtration team and business unit.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Interest in product management, new product development, and customer-driven innovation.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exposure to product management processes from concept through commercialization.
Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and VOC development.
Hands-on experience supporting new product development projects.
Mentorship and networking within a leading water solutions company.
