Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
- All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s).
Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues.
Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
May also support proposal and negotiations. - Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, sr. VP) on technical discipline and business solutions. Works with cross business teams.
- Handles very complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.
- Handles important business unit clients. Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management.
