MEMX is searching for a Product Management Analyst who will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and working with the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. This role includes defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while working with various teams to execute it. They must understand customer and market needs, gather product requirements, and prioritize features to improve customer experience and meet business goals. They are also responsible for analyzing market trends, defining the competitive landscape, and driving innovative solutions. As professionals, they propose creative solutions to complex problems, require limited guidance on new assignments, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
MEMX currently has a U.S. presence in these states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, & South Carolina.

What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to enhance customer experience.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business and customer impact.
- Analyze market trends and define the competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience.
- Conduct regular product reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing
- Knowledge of international markets a plus
- Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting

Salary: $135,000-175,000 USD
