We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Managerto drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our product portfolio. The Product Line Manager will serve as the strategic and operational steward of our product portfolio, bridging market insight, engineering excellence, and supply‑chain execution. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor and collaborative leadership to ensure that every new product and feature not only meets customer expectations but also delivers cost‑effective, secure, and manufacturable solutions. - Market-Driven Product Definition: Transform customer needs and competitive intelligence into clear product concepts and cost-competitive roadmaps aligned with FWA lifecycle and release timelines.
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of hardware, industrial design, and software features from initial customer request through final commercial delivery.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with R&D, business centers, security, industrial design, and supply chain teams to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and production readiness.
- Risk, Cost & Supply Chain Management: Drive cost competitiveness, mitigate excess & obsolescence risks, support business case development, financial forecasting, and align order forecasts with supply chain capabilities.
- Commercial & Market Response: Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, engage directly with customers to capture requirements, and represent the FWA portfolio in executive meetings and customer workshops.

Master in Electrical Engineering and MBA is preferred.
