The Role
We are looking for a Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead key software products in Ceragon’s portfolio, including network planning tools, management systems, and intelligent automation capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of network technology, software platforms, and customer needs. The PLM will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and work closely with R&D, sales, and customers worldwide to shape the next generation of Ceragon software solutions.
You will play a key role in evolving platforms that support capabilities such as:
- Network design and planning tools
- Intelligent network management systems
- Licensing and feature management frameworks
- Analytics, automation and operational insights
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product lifecycle for key Ceragon software solutions – from concept to market success
- Define product vision, roadmap and business priorities aligned with market needs
- Translate customer and operator requirements into clear product specifications and MRDs
- Define differentiated product positioning versus competition
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with R&D to define features, architecture direction and development priorities
- Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, and customers
- Drive product decisions across planning, design, deployment, and operational use cases
Customer & Market Engagement
- Engage directly with global customers, operators and partners to understand real-world network challenges
- Support sales teams with technical product positioning and solution guidance
- Analyze market trends in wireless transport software, automation, and network operations
Product Delivery
- Guide product development through the entire lifecycle including releases, launches, and roadmap evolution
- Define product KPIs and track adoption, usage, and customer feedback
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable operational value for network operators
What We're Looking For
Mandatory
- 3+ years’ experience in Product Management in telecom, networking, or infrastructure software
- Strong understanding of network management systems or telecom operational platforms
- Knowledge of IP networking and Layer 2 technologies
- Experience working with carrier-grade telecom networks or infrastructure products
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
Strong Advantages
- Experience with network planning tools, OSS/NMS platforms, or operational analytics
- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and modern software platforms
- Understanding of SDN / NFV concepts (advantage but not mandatory)
- Experience working with telecom R&D teams
- Background in wireless networks or transport networks
- Experience with web-based management systems / GUI platforms
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar
- MBA – advantage
