Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Product Lead Support who is responsible for working with ARNG POCs to determine, recommend, prioritize and verify implementation of adaptation, maintenance, and change efforts; maintain continuous communication with ARNG POCs for program policy and implementation of the FTSMCS products, modules, and models; convey requirements between government module functional owners and the contractor’s program management team, create change requests, support advanced ad-hoc SQL data requests for their products; and assist government functional module owners with the change management process.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• 10 years of specialized experience leading DoD IT projects or relevant enterprise-level IT products.
• Experience with MS SQL Data Warehouses, HTML5 and ASP.NET (Directly related experience is defined as leading a SDLC program for the FTSMCS, or other Army project that utilize the same or similar low code environment).
• Experience leading the FTSMCS, or other Army project that utilizes the same or similar low code environment. Experience converting Adobe Flash code to HTML5
• Ability to manage and define metadata, extract application specific data utilizing MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Provide regulatory and policy expertise to support the projects and applications in which they are supporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to address and resolve critical problems.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, support teams, and stakeholders to identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Work with product managers to prioritize and implement changes based on user needs and business goals.
• Assist in developing and testing product updates or new features.
