What you’ll doOwn enterprise customer relationships (telco-scale) for detection: discovery → rollout → expansion.
Convert customer needs into a crisp roadmap: PRDs, prioritization, tradeoffs, delivery milestones.
Use GenAI tools to operate faster across customer + product work: summarize complex threads, draft PRDs and integration plans, synthesize requirements, create enablement content, and analyze usage/support signals—while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Lead technical + product conversations with customer engineering/security stakeholders.
Build repeatable integration playbooks, success metrics, and rollout templates.
Strong GenAI product fluency: you can use GenAI tools to synthesize ambiguous customer input into clear requirements and crisp documentation, and you know how to validate outputs and handle sensitive information.
Technical background (engineering / solutions engineering) + strong product instincts.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication.
Strong writing: PRDs, decision docs, integration plans, postmortems.
Commercial awareness: adoption, expansion, repeatability.
Experience building “productized” enterprise integrations and playbooks.
Familiarity with security/fraud/trust & safety.
Customer leadership: earns trust; drives complex programs
