Position Summary
We are seeking a data-first product leader to join our Product team as Product Lead, Client Data and Analytics, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence who is ready to step into a broader product leadership position.
You will partner with a dedicated BI/data engineering resource who handles data pulls and pipeline management. Your primary responsibility is to drive alignment across all stakeholders who work with data, ensuring requirements, priorities, and expectations are clear, consistent, and actionable. You will also take raw data sets, validate, interpret, and transform them into insights that inform product, client-facing teams, and strategic decisions.
This role requires someone who thrives on working directly with raw data outputs, turning them into actionable intelligence, and connecting those insights to product strategy, commercialization, and client experience.
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary analysis lead: validate, interpret, and shape raw data pulls into consumable insights.
- Drive alignment on data requirements, prioritization, and usage across all internal and client-facing stakeholders.
- Partner with the BI team to build, maintain, and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations, ensuring high-quality, scalable analytics solutions that translate complex healthcare data into clear business stories.
- Own the data and analytics prioritization for client-facing analytics products and internal reporting solutions.
- Partner with product leads to ensure data-backed alignment on backlog priorities and value narratives.
- Establish and maintain a framework for how client data is used across the company—what to use, when, and for which audiences.
- Define and implement a client self-service data strategy, including delivery methods (dashboards, email, in-app, etc.).
- Explore and evaluate opportunities for commercializing and monetizing data products.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial outcomes in home health and hospice to ensure analytics remain competitive.
- Act as the client experience and product team’s expert on EMR data and integrations, bridging operational and clinical data into actionable intelligence.
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Technical Skills
- Ability to work with raw data outputs from SQL queries, flat files, or API pulls.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Comfort reviewing data structures and identifying issues (e.g., missing values, outliers, joins across tables).
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and validation practices.
- Knowledge of integrating data from EMRs and healthcare-specific systems (e.g., HCHB, MatrixCare, Netsmart, Brightree).
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics product roles, ideally in healthcare technology.
- Hands-on experience working with raw data sets and turning them into consumable insights.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and prioritization across multiple stakeholders using data as the foundation for decision-making.
- Experience bridging data and strategy, translating analysis into actionable business insights.
- Understanding of home health and hospice financial outcomes and related workflows.
- Excellent communication skills: able to make complex data consumable for executives, clients, and frontline staff.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving clarity and alignment through data.
What We Offer
- A chance to build and scale a core analytics capability at the heart of our product strategy.
- A collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on transforming post-acute care through data-driven insights.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
