The Role
The Product Lead will manage product implementation, pilot scoping, and deployment execution for the Agentic platform, ensuring successful customer engagement and scalability of healthcare workflows.
Summary Generated by Built In

Arbiter is the AI-powered care orchestration system that unites healthcare. We are launching our best-in-class, patient-facing Agentic platform to optimize patient outcomes through a unique multimodal approach. We optimize complex healthcare workflows that interface with patients using the latest Agentic AI approaches, and we combine it with a sophisticated platform to serve this Agentic layer at scale. We are looking for expert engineers and leads to join our team and help us push the frontier of what's possible with Agentic workflows in Healthcare.

Backed by one of the largest seed rounds in health tech history and operators who bring the expertise and distribution to scale nationally, we're building the connected infrastructure healthcare should have had all along.
Our Culture & Values

We are a high-performing group of engineers dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to our clients and business partners. We believe in:

  • Engineering Excellence: Taking immense pride in our craft and the products we build, treating both with utmost respect and care.

  • Impact-Driven Development: Firmly committed to engineering high-quality, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable systems that evolve seamlessly with business needs, minimizing disruption.

  • Collaboration Over Ego: Valuing exceptional work and groundbreaking ideas above all else. We seek talented individuals who are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and are driven to ship often to achieve significant impact.

  • Continuous Growth: Fostering an environment of continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development, where you can deepen your expertise and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As the Product Lead, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, implementation, and go-to-market. You are the person responsible for making a pilot real, proving it worked, and handing it off in a state that scales.

  • Own scoping for agentic deployments in new verticals: Work closely with GTM representing product in early phases of customer journey, define scope, flag what's feasible in the near term with our agentic workflows, and translate ambiguous customer requests into crisp requirements with measurable success criteria. Map the clinical or user journey and configure the initial program using our existing templates,

  • Represent business strategy, ROI proof and hand-off: Track pilot performance against agreed success metrics patient engagement, time-to-live, adoption, and clinical saves. Package learnings into a handoff that's ready for our Senior CS Manager to scale: what worked, what didn't, and what the next contract should include.

  • Inform Agentic product roadmap: help ensure that the agentic platform is improving with each successive deployment. Understand what the critical features are to drive improved outcomes for each customer, and to accelerate velocity for upcoming customers.

  • Building the repeatable motion: Create deployment playbooks, templates, and configuration checklists that reduce variance across pilots and speed up future launches. Feed real-world gaps into the product roadmap platform limitations, reporting needs, new configuration primitives so engineering builds what actually matters in the field.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 - 8+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, forward-deployed product, or implementation leadership, ideally in a customer-facing role where requirements were unclear, and timelines mattered.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving ownership; you don't need everything defined to start moving.

  • Technical fluency: you can read logs, understand workflow logic, map data dependencies, and communicate precisely with engineers without going through a translator.

  • Experience defining success metrics and using them to drive a conversion or renewal conversation.

  • Strong written communication, you produce docs that align teams quickly and leave behind something reusable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience: payer or provider, quality measures, care management, scheduling workflows.

  • Familiarity with conversational AI, agentic outreach, or contact-center automation.

  • Experience navigating HIPAA/PHI constraints and security reviews in real customer deployments.

This role can be remote or on-site, based in our New York City or Boca Raton offices, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where great ideas move quickly from whiteboard to production.

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
