Role Overview

This internship is ideal for someone curious about how impactful digital products are built and improved. The Product Intern will work closely with the product team on research, feedback collection, and coordination between design and engineering teams to support feature development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with user research, interviews, and surveys

• Gather, document, and analyze user feedback to suggest product improvements

• Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation and specs

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to track feature progress

• Help in QA testing and validation of new product releases

• Participate in planning sessions and product roadmap reviews

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Product, Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• High attention to detail and a user-focused mindset

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira

• Enthusiastic about technology, user experience, and problem-solving

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
