Our Summer Internship Program is designed for ambitious, curious, and driven students looking to gain hands-on experience at a leading fintech company that’s reshaping the way people manage and understand their money.
From product innovation to data science, marketing, engineering, and beyond—you’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and contribute to meaningful work that supports our mission.
Location: NYC Office, expected full time schedule
Duration: 10 Weeks | June -August, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Conduct UX and competitive research to identify friction points and opportunities within the Marketplace flow.
- Collaborate with design and UX teams to propose and refine testable changes.
- Develop and prioritize a backlog of A/B tests focused on improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results in partnership with data analysts to draw insights and recommend actions.
- Present findings and business recommendations to Product and Marketplace leadership.
- Assist in documenting experiments and best practices for future optimization efforts.
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate(rising junior/senior preferred) or graduate student.
- Studying Entrepreneurship, Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, preferred.
- Passionate about Fintech, innovation and helping others to make smarter financial decisions.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Self-starter who’s not afraid to try innovative ideas and learn by doing.

This is a paid internship opportunity with an hourly rate ranging from $25–$30/hour, depending on role and qualifications.
