We are currently searching for a Product Integrity Specialist to join our team of smart creatives, expanding our ability to drive global brand growth through rigorous product quality assurance. In this role, you will become the ultimate guardian of our design integrity, owning the time-accurate inspection of our handcrafted eyewear throughout its entire lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for executing the inspection of all KREWE products to ensure flawless consistency. Moving beyond traditional quality silos, you will partner closely with our internal Design, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to bridge the gap between creative vision, supply chain timelines, and final product execution. This position plays a critical part in upholding KREWE's brand standards, demanding agility, an uncompromising attention to detail, and a stellar work ethic in our New Orleans studio.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guard Our Craftsmanship: Perform comprehensive quality inspections across all KREWE products to ensure strict compliance with established tolerance standards and technical specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Design, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to communicate product feedback, analyze defect trends, and optimize the production lifecycle.
  • Curate Product Integrity Data: Accurately document and maintain detailed inspection results and activity logs in a timely manner, including tracking specific rejection reasons by SKU.
  • Enforce Design Protocols: Adhere to defined escalation protocols for any tolerance failures or design deviations.
  • Partnership & Communication: Communicate quality nuances, rejects, and precise rework requirements to internal and external partners clearly and promptly.
  • Manage Rework Logistics: Assist in the intentional repackaging and shipping of rework items, managing credit requests seamlessly where needed.
  • Steward Finished Inventory and Evaluate Product Lifecycles: Conduct ongoing, systematic audits of stored inventory to guarantee product integrity is flawlessly maintained over time and consistently meets our brand standards. Support the careful inspection of disposition products and expertly determine product grading when needed.
  • Curate an Immaculate Studio Workspace: Maintain elevated standards of organization and cleanliness throughout all designated workspaces  to ensure luxury products are effortlessly identifiable and workflows remain efficient.
  • Protect Brand Equity: Ensure that defective or unusable products are properly documented and elegantly dispositioned in accordance with damaged goods procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Firmly adhere to all company safety policies and high-level operational standards.
  • Drive Brand Agility: Support special creative projects and evolving operational needs as required by business and fashion cycle demands.

Requirements:

  • Luxury Sector Expertise: Proven experience working with luxury goods, within a premium/luxury retail environment, or directly in product (accessories) development, demonstrating an inherent understanding of high-end market expectations.
  • Meticulous Focus: A proven, disciplined ability to execute detail-oriented, repetitive luxury production tasks with impeccable accuracy.
  • Process Sophistication: Strong organizational skills paired with a structured, rigorous approach to process adherence.
  • Polished Articulation: A clear, proactive communicator who recognizes and escalates product issues early and confidently.
  • Design Blueprint Literacy: Ability to interpret detailed product specifications, read technical drawings, and strictly follow visual work instructions.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to master and utilize basic inspection tools with precision.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously. Highly proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in ERP and Project Management software.
  • Seasonal Flexibility: Flexibility to work extended hours during peak production seasons and high-volume business demands.
  • Physical Stamina: Physically able to stand in our creative workspace for extended periods and capable of lifting or moving product boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Passion for the Standard: A proactive desire to champion and adhere to elite brand standards within a structured, repetitive, and impactful role.
  • Obsession with Detail: A keen, unwavering eye for detail and a deep, intrinsic regard for company quality standards.
