Product Information Coordinator

Are you passionate about product information and data management? Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment where attention to detail is crucial? We are now looking for a Product Information Coordinator to strengthen our category team within business area Duni Dining Solutions.

The role

As Product Information Coordinator at Duni, you will support the category management team by managing and maintaining accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product information across multiple systems. You will work closely with functions across Duni’s international organization and be part of the Marketing department at Duni’s headquarters in Malmö.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to product information, packaging, and labeling.

• Manage and improve product information across Duni’s internal systems.

• Support the category management team in their operational work and key projects.

• Work with external suppliers and partners to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of assets such as artwork, labels, technical drawings, and other product-related documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product data.

• Analyze and improve product documentation processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization.

• Support the creation and maintenance of product catalogs and specification sheets

Who are you?

We believe that you are supportive, have good collaboration and communication abilities. You are analytical, pays attention to details and contribute to make processes more efficient. We also be believe that you have/are:

• +3 years of experience in product information management, packaging compliance or a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Experienced with Product Information Management (PIM) systems as this is an advantage

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
