INTRODUCTION:

The Product Implementation Manager (PIM) is responsible for the successful configuration, technical setup, product readiness and client enablement of enterprise customers onboarding to ABC Glofox. Working closely with the Senior Onboarding Project Manager, Onboarding Project Manager and cross-functional teams, this role translates documented business requirements into accurate software configuration and a deployment-ready solution across the customer environment.

The PIM owns the product implementation workstream across multiple, concurrent onboarding projects. This includes facilitating configuration discussions, implementing system settings and workflows, preparing demonstrations and training content, validating dashboards and other client-facing outputs, and providing functional expertise throughout the onboarding lifecycle. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, customer-facing communication and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of implementation quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage the product configuration workstream for enterprise onboarding projects from requirements through implementation readiness.

• Facilitate configuration calls and translate client business requirements into clear, actionable product configuration requirements.

• Configure workbooks, locations and other product settings to reflect the client operating model and approved implementation requirements.

• Implement and validate tax rates, user roles and permissions, CRM workflows, dictionary changes, bulk updates and other system configuration requirements.

• Configure and support the Onboarding Portal, dashboards and other client-facing implementation assets, including creation of demo dashboards and dashboard audits.

• Use Looker and other designated reporting tools to support membership mapping and validate implementation outputs.

• Support Member App configuration, including CBA-related setup, terms and conditions and related customer-facing settings.

• Coordinate and execute client-facing communications and marketing material through designated tools such as SendGrid when assigned.

• Create, maintain and deliver software demonstrations and brand-specific onboarding content, both virtually and in person, as required.

• Provide specialized product training, support customer questions during webinars and office hours, and reinforce effective use of ABC Glofox solutions.

• Prepare and maintain implementation deliverables for project review, validation and signoff.

• Participate in pre- and post-migration audits, pre- and post-go-live calls, and other quality-control activities to validate configuration and data readiness.

• Partner with the Onboarding Project Manager and Senior Onboarding Project Manager on configuration dependencies, risks, issues, client decisions and changes that may affect scope, schedule or quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve configuration and product issues, escalating complex or critical items to the appropriate leadership and technical teams.

Collaborate with Product and Software Development to identify product gaps, provide feedback, and contribute to improving implementation processes and support experiences

• Maintain accurate PIM-specific documentation, including updates to project knowledge base and other designated project documentation.

• Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and prospect/customer questions when requested.

• Maintain strong working knowledge of ABC Glofox client-facing products, features, configuration options and implementation best practices.

• Maintain timely administrative records, including project updates, expenses and other required documentation.

• Perform pre and post migration configuration audits.

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management.

• Regular and reliable attendance required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, product configuration, customer-facing technology, project delivery or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and practical client solutions.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and implement new software capabilities quickly.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and related business productivity tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks within established guidelines.

• Ability to collaborate across different departments and maintain productive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and leadership.

• Ability to proactively identify issues, communicate risks and drive timely resolution.

• Willingness to provide time-sensitive or after-hours support when required by enterprise onboarding schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field.

• ABC Glofox or ABC Fitness product experience (Preferred).

• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Asana or similar project and CRM platforms.

• Experience building dashboards, reporting outputs or client-facing onboarding content.

• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location fitness businesses.

• Experience using AI for research and business operations.
