The role
We are seeking a high-caliber Product Implementation Engineer with a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape. In this role, you will be the technical architect behind our customers' success, ensuring that global organizations can seamlessly deploy and optimize Hexnode’s security solutions. You will act as a strategic consultant, bridging the gap between complex security requirements and technical execution.
Note: This role operates in a global environment and requires the flexibility to work in shifts to support our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Solution Design: Partner with sales and technical teams to analyze customer requirements, translating complex business needs into scalable and secure architectures.
- Consultative Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of UEM, MDM, RMM, and Patch Management solutions, customized to align with client-specific security policies.
- Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor to IT Directors and stakeholders, providing authoritative guidance throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a feedback loop between customers and our Product/Engineering teams to advocate for feature requests and influence the product roadmap.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Proactively diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges encountered during the deployment phase, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client.
- Deployment Excellence: Guarantee precise configuration and flawless execution of Hexnode’s cybersecurity suite across diverse IT infrastructures.
- Industry Acumen: Maintain an unwavering commitment to staying ahead of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and advancements in endpoint management.
- Customer Centricity: Elevate customer satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring every implementation is timely, efficient, and delivers immediate value.
- This role will collaborate with Presales, Sales and partners to analyse and help with the deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Implementation, Onboarding, or Solutions Architecture with a focus on UEM, MDM, or RMM.
- Hands-on expertise in deploying and configuring leading solutions such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, or Ivanti.
- Deep understanding of modern security protocols, Zero Trust frameworks, and best practices for remote monitoring and patching.
- Strong technical capabilities in understanding customer environment, Active directory, cloud idps, network solutions, different Operating Systems, Security solutions
- Ability to define and execute implementation plan based on customer use cases.
- Solid foundational knowledge of network security (VPN, Proxy, Firewall), endpoint protection, and cloud-integrated IT environments.
- Experience with RMM and Patch Management platforms like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
- Exceptional ability to manage customer expectations, identify technical blockers, and solve complex problems under pressure.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- BE/B.Tech or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior experience with advanced network security methodologies and enterprise endpoint management strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security concepts, architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and associated technologies.
Skills Required
