PRODUCT GROWTH STRATEGY & ANALYTICS LEAD (STARLINK)
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Starlink Product Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities & scaling successful initiatives in key markets around the world. Projects typically entail developing new offerings, business models, and channels
- Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
- Serve as a key liaison with Finance on consumer growth initiatives, developing advanced financial and subscriber acquisition models
- Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
- Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category
- Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
- Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
