Description

Rylo is hiring a Product Growth Manager to turn product usage, customer insight, and experimentation into measurable growth. You'll own the work of identifying where users find value, where they drop off, and what product changes can improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. You’ll also own lifecycle management and user communications as part of how we run funnels end to end.

This role is for someone who likes operating close to the product, the data, and the customer. You'll translate ambiguous growth questions into clear hypotheses, run disciplined experiments, partner across functions, and help Rylo make smarter decisions about where to invest next.

The difference you will make

  • Build the growth engine. You'll help define how Rylo approaches product-led growth, from opportunity sizing and prioritization to experiment design and measurement.
  • Improve the customer journey. You'll identify the moments that matter most across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion, then work with the team to make those moments better.
  • Turn data into product action. You'll use quantitative and qualitative signals to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where small product changes can create meaningful impact.
  • Partner across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market. You'll connect customer needs, product opportunities, and business goals so growth work is grounded, coordinated, and measurable.

On a day-to-day, you will

  • Own product growth initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Own user lifecycle management and communications as part of how we manage funnels end to end, from onboarding and activation messaging to retention and win-back.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior, to identify growth opportunities. Suggest clear hypotheses and success metrics, to capture and optimize the opportunity.Partner with product, design, and engineering to ship improvements across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Work with go-to-market teams to connect product behavior with customer acquisition, lifecycle, and expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate experiment results, communicate learnings clearly, and recommend whether to scale, iterate, or stop.
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, results, and learnings to cross-functional partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product growth, product management, or a closely related role.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with product data, funnels, cohorts, and experiment results.
  • A track record of improving measurable product or business outcomes through product changes.
  • Experience designing, launching, and evaluating experiments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong self-criticism and a high sensitivity to detail, so you notice what isn’t working well enough and push to improve it, including your own work.
  • A do-whatever-it-takes approach to solving problems and bringing solutions, with AI tools built into how you tackle every problem, not added as an afterthought.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining insights, priorities, and tradeoffs.
  • High agency, strong ownership, and a bias toward learning through shipped work.
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment where priorities can evolve and the best ideas come from close contact with users and data.

Why this role matters

Growth at Rylo won’t come from generic tactics. It’ll come from deeply understanding users, finding the moments where the product can deliver more value, and building a repeatable system for learning and improving. As Product Growth Manager, you'll have the ownership to shape that system and the proximity to turn insight into impact.
