About the Role
As the Product Growth Head at IIX, you will lead the strategic growth and development of IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™. You will manage a cross-functional team to drive user engagement, platform innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Your role involves defining strategic priorities, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring seamless execution to advance IIX’s mission.
IIX Digital Platforms in Focus:
• IIX Values™ – A digital impact assessment platform that enables impact measurement and provides a voice to beneficiaries.
• IIX Intelligence™ – A global data hub offering insights into gender diversity, climate action, ESG performance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Partnerships
• Lead user acquisition strategies to scale IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with donors, investors, and impact-focused stakeholders.
• Align platform growth strategies with IIX’s mission to enhance social and environmental impact.
Product & Platform Management
• Define and execute product roadmaps to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Implement agile methodologies to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Innovation & Execution
• Lead innovation initiatives, transforming business priorities into scalable solutions.
• Oversee the integration of data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance platform performance and engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & ESG Integration
• Strengthen collaboration with donors, investors, INGOs, and corporate partners.
• Ensure IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ adhere to ESG principles and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Advocate for gender-focused and climate-conscious investment strategies using data-driven insights.
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and UX designers.
• Recruit and onboard talent specializing in digital platforms, data analytics, and ESG integration.
• Establish performance goals and conduct regular team evaluations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Strategic Partnerships & Growth – Expanding collaborations to enhance platform adoption.
• Platform Engagement & User Acquisition – Driving sustained growth in user activity.
• Execution & Operational Efficiency – Translating strategic priorities into tangible outcomes.
• Product Innovation & Development – Leading new platform features and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – Strengthening relationships with partners and investors.
• ESG & Sustainability Alignment – Ensuring platform compliance with industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development.
• Expertise in strategic thinking, execution, and product innovation.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau), and UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with ESG frameworks, impact investing, and sustainable finance.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance standards.
