The Role

We’re looking for a Product & ERP Consultant, someone who loves turning processes into products. You’ll partner closely with the CEO to:

• Take full ownership of selected customer accounts

• Guide customers through Knowlix implementations, set up the right configurations, and be their go-to person for getting up and running as fast as possible

• Translate customer requirements and insights into product improvements

• Spot inefficiencies and fix them through process improvements and automation

You’ll connect the dots between B2B customers, product, and operations to move the company forward.

Your goal: make Knowlix a little better for our customers every day.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 0–5 years of experience in technology consulting or a similar hands-on role

• Strong customer focus: you thrive on improving your customers’ businesses and day-to-day work

• Business acumen: you understand what drives customer value

• High learning velocity: you pick up new skills quickly

• Analytical sharpness: you see patterns and structure in messy problems

• Bias toward action: you prefer shipping and iterating over over-analyzing

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)

• Have experience in Product or ERP consulting
