Main activities:

  • Carry out tasks related to NPI activities in production and service, meeting deadlines and agreed costs
  • Carrying out and coordinating validations related product changes, supporting sample production
  • Responsible for transferring product know-how from the development center and teaching it to associates
  • Operation, development and maintenance of tools, machines, instruments, documentation used by the relevant departments related to product production, testing and service, as well as processes
  • Ensuring a smooth and budgeted flow of manufacturing, testing and service tasks
  • Analyze product-specific bugs, document repair actions (knowledge base, cook-book) and provide bug feedback to developers and production
  • Supporting and coordinating the work of repair and service technicians, holding the necessary trainings for them
  • Supporting activities to increase product quality and quantity, impact analysis of changes affecting product characteristics
  • Track product lifecycle, create product- and process-specific manufacturing and service settings
  • Process optimization, support for the determination of production routing times, preparation of work instructions or aids for the engineering task, development of indicators used by the relevant departments, reduction of scrap
  • Participation in traceability, problem solving and problem-solving activities.

  • Escalating if a task cannot be completed or can only be completed lately, cooperating with the other engineering teams in resources and priorities, considering the successful completion, and time schedule.
  • Summarizing and feedback professional topic results and decisions on behalf of the team, within and outside of engineering, using information and calculating input data, coming from the team participants and from other departments
  • Receiving, scheduling, and reporting the external requests, tracking the statuses and readiness

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (electrical engineering degree advantage)
  • Relevant professional experience in the servicing, manufacture or development of electrical audio equipment, radio frequency equipment and stage lighting equipment
  • Negotiation level English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronic principles, knowledge of acoustic principles, basic computer skills, knowledge of mechatronics (advantage)
  • Experience in printed circuit board and equipment level troubleshooting, testing, and service(advantage)
  • Basics of measurement technology (electronics, audio)
  • Experience in new product launch
  • Confident user-level computer skills (MS Office, SAP, CAD drawings)
  • Electronic design knowledge (HW&SW), ATE testing knowledge (advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and decision making skills
  • Working independently, confidently, constructively and proactively
