If selected, your department manager conducts your interview, makes the offer, and owns your onboarding, project assignments, day-to-day supervision, and final evaluation.
All interns share a common program framework: a scoped project defined in Week 1, a midpoint check-in with the VP of Operations, and a structured capstone presentation delivered to the operations leadership team at program close.
