Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 -7
years in product ownership, digital transformation, or enterprise
AI-enabled platforms, ideally in a government or Tier-1 consulting
context.
- Technical Literacy:
Familiarity with data ingestion, APIs, CMS platforms, MDM (BlackBerry,
MobileIron), and AI/ML governance.
- Compliance Knowledge:
Deep understanding of TDRA frameworks, FedNet integration, UAE data
protection laws.
- Leadership: Proven
ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders
across government entities.
- Linguistic: Fluent in
Arabic (essential) and English (mandatory).
- Cultural Fit: Strong
understanding of UAE government workflows and leadership expectations.
KPIs & Success Measures
- BRD and SRS completed,
validated, and approved.
- Platform Phase 1
delivered with secure CMS, validated ingestion, and AI MVP.
- EN/AR bilingual parity
achieved across dashboards and exports.
- Predictive analytics
live by Phase 2 (2026–27),
with measurable accuracy metrics.
- 100% compliance with UAE
cybersecurity, FedNet, and MDM standards.
- Positive feedback from
Leadership and Top Management on platform usability and accuracy.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to
Entity Project Leadership (Higher Management, CEO & Project Manager).
- Works alongside:
Solutions Architect, Senior Backend/Frontend Developers, Security Lead.
- Oversees: QA, DevOps,
UX/UI, Data Manager roles (once phased in).
- Provides governance over
outsourced vendors and AI/ML partners.
Skills Required
