Mission and responsibilities:
As a Product Development analyst, you will be responsible for the support to increase card sales, especially credit, and manage card portfolio (use, installments, etc.)
The main tasks of this role will be the following:
- Periodic monitoring of sales results, with focus on input KPIs, e.g. funnel, conversion rates, campaigns, etc., differentiating by channel, both internal (app, web and contact center) and external (SEM, SEO, aggregators, display, etc.).
- Support in developing new initiatives to achieve card's goals drafting and reviewing business cases and aligning with rest of areas, e.g. finance, commercial, etc.
- Propose new business opportunities: campaigns, e.g. targeted to niche propensity segments; change in product characteristics, eg. price or new products that cover unresolved customer needs.
- Monitoring card portfolio metrics, e.g. use (number of purchases and €/purchase), euro vs non-euro currency, installments, etc and customer churn.
- Periodic monitoring of card portfolio results, with focus on input KPIs in all card products, building detailed data tree to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor cards’ competitors (financial and non-financial players), and post-mortem campaigns’ analysis, e.g. customer behavior monitoring after end-campaigns
- Support in definition of commercial strategy by channels with proposal and launch of campaigns and actions, e.g. with customer propensity models to different usage (euro/non-euro, installment, potential churn, etc.), coordinating rest of areas, e.g. legal, compliance, finance, on-line marketing, contact center, etc.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- +1 year of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or engineering
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proactive.
- Analytical capabilities
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent Microsoft Office tools capabilities: Advanced Excel & Power point (Power BI and Access is a plus)
- Attention to the detail
