This is your chance to dive into the delicious realm of beverage formulation and ingredient supply—where we don’t just create flavors; we create experiences!

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

As our Product Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, working side by side with our talented team to develop and test beverage formulations. Here’s a sneak peek at what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support Lab Practices: Help maintain effective lab practices that ensure our formulas are stable, cost-effective, and ready for the big leagues (aka manufacturing).
  • Material Handling and Testing: Get ready to weigh and handle ingredients like a pro! You’ll conduct specification testing to make sure everything meets our high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Supplier Interaction: Become our go-to person for sourcing raw material samples. You’ll get to chat with suppliers and learn the ins and outs of procurement.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Build strong relationships with our Product Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams. Collaboration is key, and you’ll be right in the middle of it all!
  • Project Organization and Execution: Organize and execute project work in our fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail will ensure everything is completed on time and meets our objectives.
  • Communication: Share your findings and project updates with the team. We believe in keeping everyone in the loop—after all, teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Lab Instrumentation: Get hands-on with lab instruments like pH meters and refractometers to ensure our testing is accurate and reliable.
  • Assistance in Other Areas: Flexibility is the name of the game! You’ll support other areas of the lab as needed, contributing to our overall success.
You’ll Shine if You Have:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food science or related field of study
  • Experience: One to two years of laboratory-related coursework.

Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of chemistry (don’t worry, we won’t make you memorize the periodic table).
  • Good math skills to tackle those measurements with ease.
  • A keen eye for detail and an organized work approach (because nobody likes a messy lab!).
  • Familiarity with lab safety protocols and proper documentation practices.
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheets can be your best friend).
  • A cheerful attitude and strong communication skills to keep our spirits high.
  • Problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes himself!
