Job Responsibilities :

Are you in your final semester and looking to kick-start your career in the Fintech industry? As a Product Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on real product challenges. You’ll be involved in the full product development lifecycle—from understanding user needs and designing solutions, to launching features, tracking performance, and improving the product to enhance user experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application.
We’re looking for students who are analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communicators. Most importantly, you should be eager to learn, proactive in solving problems, and ready to contribute meaningfully.

Job Descriptions

• Product Development Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies in the roadmap
  • Understand the Fiuu's products and business requirements

• Stakeholder Communication and Management:
  • Develop practical communication skills to interact with stakeholders, understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Learn how to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the product development.

• Project Coordination:
  • Assisting in managing project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Learn to organise team meetings, product demos and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support the Product team with various tasks during product development sprints and testing.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Assist in translating product strategies into documentation, project plans and user guides.

• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Business Development, UI/UX, Operations etc) to gather business requirements and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Understand the importance of teamwork and effective collaboration.

• Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
  • Learn to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make informed decisions.
  • Develop problem-solving skills to address issues that might arise during development sprints.

• Data Analysis:
  • Learn how to assess the success of a feature or product rollout based on predefined metrics.
  • Understand the importance of gathering feedback from stakeholders.

Pre-Requisites :

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, UIUX design related field.

• Familiarity with software development processes, product management, market research, or data analysis is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Being able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship will be a bonus. Preference will be given to a final-year student.
