Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Configure and support KLA software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
Have certain semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, be able to respond promptly to customer requests and provide necessary support. Can possess good communication skills and be able to understand customer needs, address their concerns appropriately
Be able to independently configure and support Anchor software applications with minimal supervision. Have a good understanding of our software functionalities and be able to solve issues using our applications effectively.
Be able to understand the existing recipes, tune recipes to address production issues under the supervision of more senior engineers and comprehend the methods for applying hot fixes to urgent cases.
Be able to identify and troubleshoot common problems efficiently. Have a basic understanding of the underlying systems. Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer and coordinate remote/local troubleshooting.
Be able to provide basic training and prepare SOP to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
