What you’ll do:
Lead projects, drive technical discussions, and champion best practices.
Design, build, and review performant, secure, maintainable software.
Collaborate across teams, mentor mid/junior engineers, and contribute to architecture.
Tackle complex production issues with urgency and own end-to-end delivery.
Tech environment: C#, React (TypeScript), Golang, AWS, Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI/CD.
Exact stack match isn’t required—strong engineering fundamentals and clean, testable code matter most.
Skills Required
- Senior software engineering experience
- Proven experience leading projects and driving technical discussions
- Designing, building, and reviewing performant, secure, maintainable software
- Mentoring mid and junior engineers
- Debugging and resolving complex production issues and owning end-to-end delivery
- Strong engineering fundamentals and writing clean, testable code
- Familiarity with C#, React/TypeScript, Golang, AWS, Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with payments, POS, or AI systems
