About the RoleWe’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead design across our product. You’ll work on complex problems, shape product direction, and help us build high-quality experiences.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and a high degree of autonomy.
Own design for key areas of the product
Work closely with product and engineering to define problems and shape solutions
Translate complex requirements into clear, usable product experiences
Prototype ideas to explore direction, validate decisions, and align the team
Contribute to product strategy and long-term direction
Raise the bar for quality through your work and feedback
How you work
You think in systems and recognize patterns
You’re comfortable working across ambiguity and defining direction
You collaborate directly with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs
You balance speed and quality, knowing when to go deep and when to move forward
You move quickly from ideas to prototypes, switching between Figma and tools like Cursor and Claude Code as needed

Skills Required
- Proven experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or creative tools.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.
- Ability to translate complex functionalities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing product design work, with a focus on digital interfaces and user-centric design.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and creative software workflows is a plus.
